JORDAN INSPIRED.

I love buying and trying traditional outfits from all the places I visit, especially if it’s from a market and I can watch my mum haggle like a pro!
So obviously when I went to the markets in Jordan and saw all the beautiful Jordanian dresses hanging there I had to drag my mum into the shops to get me one.

So we went into the shops and mum was set on a price so she haggled her way down but wasn’t convinced so standard procedure, she said ‘no it’s ok’ and started to exit the shop in hope that the owner would call us back with a better price and ALHUMDULILAH he did…………….

***Sorry for the terrible picture quality, everyone refused to take pictures of me and the front camera as you can see is blerghhhhh

Dress: Market in Amman, Jordan

Leather Jacket: Bank Fashion (last year xmas sale)

How beautiful is the embroidery ❤ There was also loads of little sequins on it but I wore it when I went to wadi ram for camping and I think they all got lost in the sand (note: don’t let your siblings bury you in sand when you’re wearing something nice) </3

This OOTD has got me looking through all the pictures from Jordan for like the 86th time! Visiting Jordan was such an amazing experience from climbing up a mountain on a DONKEY to visiting the alleged cave of the seven sleepers everything was absolutely fantastic!

TASTES HORRIBLE. SMELLS AWFUL. STINGS LIKE A….. BUT AMAZING!

It’s been way too long since I’ve posted on here and it’s not because I’ve been super busy actually it’s quite the opposite, I’ve been super free and I never know what to do with my free time so I don’t do anything (cause that makes perfect sense) *sigh*

So now that I’ve started becoming busy again I thought I’d update my blog: Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s amazing. Tastes horrible. Smells awful. Stings like a….. but AMAZING!
IMG_8016.JPG

For hair:
ACV works as a natural cleanser and detangler. It also leave your hair smooth, soft and super shiny! The way I use it is mix the shampoo and apple cider vinegar together in my hair and massage it into my scalp. I then let it sit for a few minutes before fully rinsing it out. Your hair might still smell a bit but once it’s dry the smell will go and your hair will look absolutely gorgeous so you can flick it side to side like your in some hair dye/ shampoo ad yaaanowhatimsayiiiin ~

For skin:
ACV on skin helps your skins overall complexion as it is naturally acidic and helps restore the skins natural pH balance. I use Apple cider vinegar on my face at least twice a week **WARNING IT STINGS BAD BRUHHHH**
To do this I get cotton pad, dip it in the ACV and lightly dab it all over my face just before bed, if you have sensitive skin you might have to dilute the solution. The next morning your skin will feel soft and clear and if you had any breakouts they should be/ nearly gone!

For the body:
I’ve only just started doing this, I add 5ml Apple cider vinegar to half a glass of water and drink it twice a day (morning and before bed). This is meant to be a good detox for the body, also helps the body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level and aids in weight loss. I’ve only been drinking this for a week and I don’t feel it’s benefitted me in any way yet but will update you in a few months!

You can purchase Apple cider vinegar from Tesco nutricentre or Amazon for roughly £9 – def worth it guys!

Hope you all had a lovely Eid!

Alhumdulilah I had a super fabulous Eid with my amazing family and friends, and because of all the super fabulous-ness I honestly had the biggest Eid hangover the next day (the halal kind ok) ~
and then life got kinda busy from Monday which is why this post is so so late!!!

So Eid morning I got up at 6:30AM as I had to get FULLY ready for Eid Salah cause I knew we would be taking pictures and I couldn’t take any risk ~ imagine a bad picture on EID DAY NOOO ~

We then went for brunch at an aunty’s house and she had ordered food from PC: biggg uppppp Punjab Catering they acc do the best samosas and gajar ka halwa😍

^yes we played ‘bullshit’ on Eid but obviously called it ‘cheat’ as we were playing at a family event lmao

Even though we were super tired after the Eid Celebration running on 12% battery just like our phones we decided to go watch BANG BANG (went home to charge our phone first obvz) BANG BANG was the EXACT copy of Knight and Day but it was still great tbh. Hrithick looked fab and did a great job hiding his second thumb and Katrina looked amazing in everything she wore even though she doesn’t wear much but still swag!

Ok this is getting really long lemme try and wrap up…
The next day we went for EID BREAKFAST at Sabrina’s house

YES HALWA POORI AND EVERYTHING MASHAALLAH!!!

IS MY SKIN GLOWING YET???

Salaam beautifuls
I’ve been trying this lemon and honey face mask for the past 3/4 weeks and omg it is amazing, when I take the mask off my skin it actually feels like I’m glowing and I’m just like woahhhh mashaAllah ygm✨
So today I’m going to share my super secret (a secret that’s all over the internet) face mask recipe with you ~
1. Firstly get a pretty little glass bowl cause you’re obviously going to snapchat (@itsmeanah btw) the whole procedure so you want it to look nice and that.

IMG_6569.JPG
2. Get half a lemon and squeeze it out into your pretty little bowl.
3. Add two tbsp of honey to the bowl and mix. If it’s too runny add a bit more honey cause you want the face mask to stick to your face not be dripping down.

IMG_6568.JPG
4. Apply the mask all over your face and neck, be careful of your eyes cause if lemon gets in them MATTTTTE it’s gonna burn (telling you from experience btw).
5. Leave the mask on for about 15-20mins.
6. Wash it off and see your face GLOW✨

Here are a few benefits of lemon and honey that made me want to try out this face mask:
– Honey retains moisture from the air keeping your skin hydrated
– Lemon aids in fighting wrinkles and blackheads YASSS
– Honey keeps your skin feeling soft and supple
– Lemon is very effective in lightening the skin tone (for me it’s helped even out my skin tone which is so great)
– Honey and Lemon both help the skin look tighter, brighter and healthier

There are a multitude of benefits of Honey and Lemon, try it out and let me know what you think ~
